What's important is a reliable tracking provider that can load as much data as possible from the trucks. We can connect any provider that offers an API interface with TruckAI and then use that data according to customer needs.

Many tracking providers naturally have their own reporting capabilities and monitoring functions. But these features were mostly developed at the request of larger companies. The features a major corporation needs aren't necessarily what a transport company with 8 trucks needs.

What About Small Customers?

And that's exactly the problem: the needs of a small business usually get overlooked by the large providers. Not with us.

A concrete example: A business owner wants to always receive an email when a truck shortens its daily or weekly rest time. No problem. Location queries via GPS and route calculations? Also possible. And it doesn't have to cost thousands of euros in development.

Route Calculation – Pragmatically Solved

TruckAI already includes integrated route calculation. It uses Google Maps data – for a quick check or a quick feel for a route, that's usually perfectly sufficient. And Google Maps costs are manageable.

But larger routing tools like Map&Guide can also be connected on customer request. We don't dictate which tools our customers should use – we adapt.
