About Structure AI
The people behind the technology.
Structure AI is not a corporation. We are a small team with over 25 years of experience in logistics and IT — approachable, pragmatic, German.
Marc Palma
CEO
Marc was born in Wilhelmshaven and has been at home in the world of logistics and IT for over 25 years. His passion for technology started early — his first computer was a 286, on which he curiously explored the possibilities of the digital world.
Rather than specializing early in a single field, he deliberately chose a broad perspective on technology and developments. This generalist understanding still enables him today to quickly recognize connections, identify trends early, and practically integrate new technologies into existing structures.
Professionally, Marc is primarily active in the two Hanseatic cities of Bremen and Hamburg. Over the years, he has built a large network there and regularly follows innovations at trade fairs and industry events.
Since 2023, he has been intensively working on the topic of artificial intelligence. His focus is on making the possibilities of AI understandable and deploying it meaningfully in businesses — pragmatic, structured, and with a focus on real added value.
Silas Lindemann
Head of Finance and Administration
Silas is responsible for finance and administration at Structure AI. With his analytical perspective, he ensures our solutions are not only technically sound but also economically viable.
Born in Bremen and raised in Munich, he combines northern German clarity with Bavarian entrepreneurial spirit. He will complete his studies in 2026.
An important part of his development happened outside of lecture halls: Silas has already traveled to many countries — most recently Japan, India and Scandinavia. For him, traveling means understanding the world from new perspectives and learning from people and cultures.
His pronounced imagination showed early on: as a child, he created his own worlds and stories. This creativity still accompanies him today and shapes his ability to develop new ideas and approaches.
As the nephew of CEO Marc Palma, Silas combines entrepreneurial family spirit with the dynamics of a young startup.
